Understanding Baggage Limits

Smaller airplanes may only allow 25 pounds. Larger carriers may allow 50 pounds. You can bring as much as you like on a cruise ship, but may end up paying excess baggage fees from the airlines. You may have to really plan your baggage, as in the worst case scenario you may not be able to bring baggage on a flight even if you are willing to pay the extra fees. (this doesn't happen very often, but it could!). Just keep this in mind, and always try and pack as lightly as you can.
