People from the West coast taking a cruise from the East coast will almost always be required to leave the day before in order to make it on time to the port of embarkation. In most situations, the cost for this overnight accommodation is not included in the cost of the cruise. Be aware of this, and make sure that your CruisePlus agent helps you find a suitable hotel. Some cruise line air programs do include a transfer and your hotel, but more don't than do.
