General Terms & Conditions

CruisePlus has put together this exceptional value package and it must be clear that you understand the terms and conditions before you book:
- 1) This is NOT an escorted package. There will be no representation from CruisePlus at any airport, at the hotel(s) or at the cruise terminal. Unless otherwise stated you will be responsible on your own to make your way to and from the airports, hotel(s) and cruise ship. This means NO TRANSFERS ARE INCLUDED unless the hotel you stay at has complimentary shuttles to and from the airport and/or cruise terminal. Please inquire with a booking agent for further information.
- 2) Air schedules are totally at the discretion of CruisePlus and are subject to change. Deviations are possible, but usually add extra cost to the trip.
- 3) Hotels are arranged in advance, but in the unlikely event we have to change your initial hotel, CruisePlus reserves the right to do this without recourse. Any change would be to similar accommodations.
- 4) Prices are based on minimum category staterooms in the type chosen and you will receive that category or better. The “better” is totally at the discretion of the cruise line and should not be expected. If you receive a complimentary upgrade, then consider this your lucky day, but please do not assume you will get one.
- 5) Dining times as requested may not be possible, and this too, is at the discretion of the cruise line. We always ask for your preference, but we cannot promise you that you will get what you asked for. If you don’t, we recommend talking to the dining staff aboard the ship and hopefully they will be able to accommodate you.
- 6) Pricing can change at anytime without notice. We do our best to update pricing as soon as we hear about any changes, but there are occasions that we find out about the change at the time we are making a booking. We usually know within one hour of booking whether or not the air, hotel and cruise prices are all within the budget of this promotion. We apologize in the event that we are unable to honour the advertised price, and assure you that we do not purposely offer any pricing that we don’t expect to be able to sell it at. Unfortunately any changes, due to availability or any other reason is out of our control. If you wish to book, please clearly understand that it may take an hour or two before we can 100% guarantee the booking at the rates you see on our web site. Most often we can check the cruise, air and hotel pricing and availability while you are on the phone with us and confirm you at that time, but at times this is not possible.
- 7) This offer is for new bookings only. If you happen to be already confirmed on the same sailing, CruisePlus cannot refund any difference. These promotions are generally “last minute” offers. The cruise business is similar to the airlines. The plane has to go, so often a small percentage of passengers receive a better deal than the majority. The airline cannot refund the vast majority of passengers the difference of what was paid by only a handful of passengers or they’d be out of business very quickly. The same holds true in the cruise industry.
- 8) Prices listed are CruisePlus Rewards member pricing. There are no further discounts. If you are not a member, please sign up for your free membership to receive the best price, as non member rates are significantly higher.
- 9) Prices listed INCLUDE port charges, NDA’s and taxes are in CANADIAN DOLLARS, unless otherwise stated and are per person based on two sharing (except if noted otherwise). Other gateway cities can be easily quoted, and we can offer this cruise in U.S. funds as well. Cruise only rates also available!
