Online Immigration

Due to increased security requirements in the United States and other countries around the globe most cruise lines require all passengers to provide immigration information ahead of time. For your convenience, registration can be completed ahead of time by following the directions below. You'll need your reservation noted in the invoice, ship and sailing date, your personal information, as well as any contact information you wish to provide. If you do not complete the online registration below you will be required to fill out all the information at the pier before boarding.

NEW PASSPORT RULES:
As of January 23, 2007, the U.S. Government requires all travelers returning from Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean, and Bermuda, including U.S. citizens, be in possession of a valid passport. This applies also to travel on cruise ships that visit those countries.


1.Go to www.azamaracruise.com
2.Click on “before your cruise”
3.Click on "online check-in":
4.You will need to enter you booking number, last name, ship name and sail date
5.You will then be required to fill-out all of the required information
6.Once online check-in is completed, you will be able to print it off (one for each passenger). You will then bring this with you when boarding the ship.

1.Go to www.carnival.com
2.Click on “My Cruise”, then click on “Fun Pass”
3.You will then be required to enter your booking number, Last Name, ship name, and sail date
4.You will then be required to fill out personal and citizenship information, travel plans after your cruise, and onboard expense account information.
5.Once this is completed, you will be able to print your “Fun Pass” off, and bring it with you when boarding the ship



1.Go to www.celebritycruises.com
2.Click on the tab “Before your cruise”
3.Click “online check-in”
4.You will need to enter your booking number, last name, sail date & ship; click submit
5.It will then give you a brief description of what information is required
6.You will be able to fill out the immigration for all or only select passengers on that booking.
7.Click which guests you will be filling out the immigration for, then click continue
8.You will then fill-out all of the required information and click “save and continue”
9.You will then have to read and accept the terms and conditions
10.You will then be able to enter payment information for your onboard account.
11.Once Step 10 is completed, you will be able to print your Xpress pass
12.Bring this Xpress pass, along with you other required documentation, when boarding the ship



1.Go to www.crystalcruise.com
2.Click on “Before you sail”
3.Click on “Guest Immigration Forms
4.Fill-out all required information, and submit
5.This information must be submitted before cruise documents will be issued.



1.Go to www.hollandamerica.com
2.Click on “For booked guests” on the top, right-hand side of homepage
3.Click on “Online check-in”
4.Create an account with your email address and a password that you create yourself
5.Login to online immigration using email address and password that you provided in step 4
6.Enter booking number and last name into required field
7.Fill out all required information
8.Once completed, print off a copy of each filled out immigration for each passenger



1.Go to www.ncl.com
2.Scroll down the page to the bottom and click on “Advanced Guest Registration”, this is located in the bottom right-hand corner
3.You will need to register for a NCL account. Click on “Already booked”.
4.You will need to enter your first name, last name, booking number, sailing date and ship
5.You will then be required to set-up a user name and password, as well as entering any other required information
6.You will then be able to access you My NCL account.
7.Click on “Guest Registration”
8.From here, you will be able to fill-out all of your required immigration information
9.Once you have completed filling out this information, and have submitted it, you will be able to print it off. Print off for each passenger, and bring with you when boarding the ship.



1. Go to www.princess.com
2. Click on the tab at the top of the page titled “Customer Care”
4. Click on the title “My Princess”
5. It will then give you the choice to either register or sign-in. Choose whichever one applies to you. If you have not used the website before, then you will have to register. - At this point you will have to enter email address, contact information, mailing address, name and birth date.
7. After this, you can sign-in, using you email address and the password that you created.
8. Once signed-in, it will bring you to a page where you have to enter your birth date.
9. After entering your birth date, click submit
10. This will then bring you to a terms and conditions page. You will have to read and agree to these terms, and click the box at the bottom saying that you have read them and agreed to them.
11. This will then bring you to the main “My Princess” page
12. On the main page, you can click on “passenger immigration”
13. Once there, you can fill out all of your information.
-This allows you to fill out personal information, as well as emergency contact, shipboard account information, and passport and VISA information.
14. After this is complete, you will be able to see if you can access your boarding passes.
15. This can be done by returning to the homepage, and checking on the right hand side of the screen.
-You will only be able to access your boarding passes if it is within 75 days until your sailing date.
16. At this point, you can print the boarding passes for all passengers.
-You will have to print each individual’s boarding pass.
17. Once you have printed your boarding passes, you are done. These are all that you need to board the ship. Once all of your immigration information has been submitted online, Princess will have it on record.
18. From the homepage, you can also print your travel summary.
19. You can also email your boarding passes and travel summary to your email account.



1. Go to www.royalcaribbean.com
2. Click on the tab (located near the top of the page) “Before you Board”
3. Click on “Online Check-In”
4. In order to fill-out your online immigration, you will have to enter your name, your reservation number, your sailing date, date of departure, ship and which is your language preference. This will allow you to access your immigration page.
5. This will then bring you to the main Online Check-In page.
6. Near the middle of the page, you will be able to click on the button which says “begin check-in”
7. You will then be able to fill-out all information for all passengers -You will have to fill-out guest information, onboard expense account, cruise ticket contract and “set sail” pass.
8. You will then be able to print off your “set sail” pass
9.You will need to bring this pass with you for boarding on the ship.
