Holland America Line let’s you choose between the more traditional pre-set seating and dining or a flexible open seating schedule.
- Traditional Dining allows you to preselect your ideal dining time for the length of your cruise vacation. You will be assigned a dinner table for our main or second seating for the duration of the cruise based on your preferred seating time and availability.
- My Time Dining reservations allow you to pre-reserve your dining time between 6-9:30 pm to give you maximum flexibility in choosing your dining time.
Main Dining Room
The world-class food and décor in the main dining rooms makes them the perfect choice for groups both large and small. From heavenly entrees to delectable desserts-and dining options to suit a range of vacationing needs- this is fine dining that everyone can enjoy.
Casual
Windjammer Café is the perfect place to grab a bite to eat before hitting the pool or enjoy a casual dinner to top off a day of adventure. Open almost around the clock, it offers great food, spectacular views and an attentive wait staff, all in a casual atmosphere.
Seaview Café has a fun atmosphere and is a great place to grab a light lunch or a late-night snack. The menu offers everyone's favourite bar food, classic deli sandwiches, desserts and a wide selection of beer and wine.
Johnny Rockets restaurant you'll find onboard is everything you'd expect from the shoreside restaurant - authentic 1950s décor, a menu filled with all-American favourites and, of course, friendly service. Johnny Rockets is a great casual dining alternative that everyone in the family will enjoy.
Seafood Shack has everything from crisp-fried calamari to share-able banana splits. The whole family can relax and enjoy the offerings.
