Destination & Stay Services: Private arrangements can made through your butler or destination desk for personalized shore excursions, designed for smaller groups and according to your own interests. If a personalized shore excursion is not enough staff can assist with tailor-made pre-and post-cruise programs, from a simple stay in a luxurious hotel to a 3-night extension in a remote locale.
Staff: European Crew & Officers
Butler Service: Most luxury cruiselines offer butler service with a variety of their suites. Butlers can assist with arrival, unpacking, personalized meal services, reservations, booking shore excursions, turn down services, laundry, private cocktail parties or any other service you may require throughout your voyage.
Communications: While all luxury vessels offer fax and telephone services , some cruise lines create a more relax and intimate atmosphere by limiting outside communication. If computer or internet access is a must, please feel free to send us an email or give us a phone call and we will ensure your voyage includes all necessities.
Laundry, Dry Cleaning and Pressing Services: These services are normally available for a small charge aboard all but the smallest vessels. If they are not available aboard your vessel, laundry and dry cleaning services will be arranged at your next port of call. If your suite includes a Butler or you have requested Butler service, complimentary pressing of any items on the first day of the cruise is usually available.
