Crystal Dining Room
The elegant Crystal Dining Room, also serving breakfast and lunch (both open seating), sets the stage for this popular dining option offering diverse menus that blend the unique flavours of the world together with time-honoured classics.
Prego
Charming and intimate, Prego brings the flavors of Italy aboard both Crystal Symphony and Crystal Serenity. A seasonally changing “Valentino at Prego” menu features signature dishes such as Scaloppine di Vitello Servite, Capelli D’Angelo and Linguine all’Aragosta e Zucchini, along with wines that are served at Valentino, Piero Selvaggio’s celebrated locations in Los Angeles and Las Vegas, considered by many to be among the finest Italian restaurants in the country.
Silk Road & The Sushi Bar
Known simply as “Nobu” the world over, master chef Nobuyuki Matsuhisa brings his inventive Japanese cuisine to Silk Road, the only seagoing venue in his global empire. Regarded for his innovative approach to sushi, Nobu blends classically styled Japanese foods with distinct Peruvian and European influences. Rivaling any land-based restaurant, The Sushi Bar serves sumptuous sushi and sashimi dishes prepared by Nobu-trained chefs, while Silk Road features signature Nobu dishes such as Miso Black Cod.
The Vintage Room
Inspired by the rich tradition of wine makers to gather and showcase their most treasured vintages, dinners served in the elegant Vintage Room are the pinnacle experience for wine enthusiasts. Working with our sommeliers, Crystal’s culinary team creates menus to enhance the unique attributes of each vintage, with exceptional selections from famed wine-making regions such as Bordeaux and the Napa Valley.
Trident Bar & Grill
In addition to tasty poolside fare including gourmet pizzas, veggie burgers and wraps, these convenient grills also serve a Late-Risers Breakfast from 10:00 to 11:30 am. Casual dinners showcase specialties such as Tandoori Chicken or Beef, Grilled Prawns on Lemongrass and a variety of fresh salads. Aboard Crystal Serenity just aft of Trident, Tastes features an international menu including Stir-fry Hokkien Noodles, Barbequed Duck Quesadilla and Grilled Black Angus Filet.
Lido Cafe
A bright and welcoming space offering exceptional panoramic sea views, Lido Café features elaborate breakfasts with exotic fruits, fresh-baked breads and pastries, as well as made-to-order eggs, egg white omelettes, waffles and pancakes. Lunch includes custom-made pastas and salads, a delicious selection of soups, carved meats, fresh fish and sumptuous desserts, including sugar-free selections.
The Bistro
In the heart of each ship, this popular European-inspired café buzzes with activity all day. A delightful eatery, The Bistro offers a mouth-watering selection of rich pâtés, an array of charcuterie, international cheeses, freshly baked desserts and specialty coffee drinks. Distinctive to Crystal, The Bistro’s porcelain is created by celebrated artist Guy Buffet.
