What You Should Know

Please note: Air schedules may not be available until as late as 2 weeks before departure as we often book air as a group – and until we know how many tickets we need from your departure city we may wait to choose your flights.  We have a reasonable budget to work with, and do our very best to find you preferred itineraries (including direct flights if possible), but please understand that some flights may be outside of our budget. If you have specific flights in mind and should that price be outside of our budget, you usually will have the option to pay the difference should you wish.

Prices listed here are per person based on two sharing, are in Canadian dollars and are subject to availability at the time of booking.  They are based on specific categories in the type of stateroom offered and may be higher than minimum categories – your agent will explain which categories are applicable based on the price(s) listed.  “Guaranteed” staterooms may offer the best chance for complimentary upgrades.  Single fares and 3rd/4th person sharing prices may be available – please ask an agent.  These prices have “Platinum” CruisePlus Rewards already included – they are of exceptional value and no further discounts will be applied.

**Travel suppliers reserve the right to increase taxes without notice, and without recourse. The pricing above may not reflect changes in taxes.

Cancellation Policy - Should you cancel up to 91 days before departure, your booking is subject to a $100 cancellation fee, plus the cost of air. This charge is in addition to any supplier penalties that may be imposed, including $125 by Rocky Mountaineer and the cost of air.  Upon final payment, your package becomes 100% non-refundable.

Final payment is due 90 days before your departure.  At that point, this package becomes 100% non refundable. We strongly recommend cancellation insurance.

Air Deviations:  We are happy to try to accommodate any requested changes in flight dates, however a $50 per person deviation fee will be applied to your booking.

Insurance, whether cancellation, trip interuption or out of country medical is always suggested.  Please ask an agent for a quote on RBC (Royal Bank) insurance or for the cruise line’s own programs.

Information about insurance policies and coverage may be found at:  http://www.rbcinsurance.com/travel/travel-insurance-policy.html.  It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms and conditions of your coverage.

Of Note:  RBC Insurance does not cover medical expenses incurred in a destination which had a travel advisory against travel on the date of your departure.  Cancellation and trip interruption terms may also be affected.  Details can be found in your policy.

Our exclusive CruisePlus Rewards MasterCard has lots of benefits – including earning a $100 future travel credit.  Please ask us for details or visit www.cruisecard.ca to sign up!
