We have returned home in good health and with lots of wonderful memories. Several items for which to give thanks: First, for the bookings and searching for cruise, air line and hotel. Holiday Inn in Queens was very good - very clean and very friendly service; good restaurant on sight. The cab fare from airport - $18 - nice surprise. The next morning we got brave and took subway to Times Square and used the hop-on-hop-off bus all day and evening. Took cab back to hotel - fare $18 - another nice surprise. Thank you also for all the helpful, good tips you passed on to me. Next, thank you (Cruiseplus) for the gifts. I love cookbooks with colored pictures; and the lunch in the Pinnacle Grill was superb. We attended the first cocktail party with the Ensemble Group, unfortunately not able to stay for the presentation because of early dinner seating. The second gathering we were not able to attend. Again, sincere thank you for all. Wish you good health, good luck.

We have just returned from the Luxury Down Under III trip and wanted to let you know what a fabulous job Fiona Butchart did in organizing and following through on arrangements to make this the absolutely outstanding vacation it was. Likely you have heard much of this before, but it all started in Los Angeles when Quantas Airlines informed half of the group that they had no seats for us on our scheduled flight to Auckland. We will not go into the details but after more than half an hour of very persuasive conversation, Fiona and Gary had managed to change the airline's viewpoint. All of the Cruise Plus group were seated, my husband and I the last to climb aboard. Following our arrival in Auckland, we saw first hand the caring attitude of this pair: first they recovered the wet "abandoned " baggage left behind on the tarmac of L.A. airport, next we saw Fiona in the grocery store buying soap to try to remove the stains from one of the traveler's clothes! To itemize all of the kindnesses exhibited by this pair over the 5 weeks is more than you have time to read. But let me say , my husband is disabled and has to use a walker...every time that bus stopped there was Gary at the bus door with Ted's walker and his arm out to help Ted down the stairs. Further, prior to each attraction we visited, Fiona had determined where the elevators were or made other arrangements for Ted to access the sights. They both were "on duty" all the time, we have never seen a pair work so hard and so constantly, yet always with a smile and a happy attitude. In our opinion you have a superb employee in Fiona; we can, and will, unhesitatingly recommend her and Cruise Plus to anyone! We have used Cruise Plus as our travel agent for the past 5 years, booking 6 cruises with your company, and have never been disappointed, but this trip was beyond our highest expectations! Congratulations on running a great company with outstanding employees such as Fiona!

I've been meaning to write to you since we returned from the southern hemisphere on December 29th. Things have been a wee bit hectic! I just wanted to let you know that Jeff and I had an truly wonderful cruise aboard Marco Polo to Argentina, Falkland Islands and Antarctic. The ship was just great, the pre-cruise accommodation/tours very good, and the expedition team members, Zodiacs, lectures and landings were outstanding. And we could not have done better with the weather. I am so very fortunate that finally I was able to see my seventh continent -- something I was despairing of ever being able to do. Jeff and join in sending you our thanks for all your wonderful service, your tactful aggitation of the cruise line, and the ensuing results. I know this booking was a little difficult for you. Please know that we appreciate all you did, including securing much better accommodation for us. We spent many hours gazing out of our beautiful cabin window at the passing ice bergs and penguins -- and it was all entirely due to your great service. I hope you enjoy the attached photos!
